Ceremony Assistance

Agathi & Co ceremony assistance will guarantee your walk down the aisle is picture perfect. Your wedding planner will assist you with the lining up the ceremony precession and making sure your music is in time with your timeline. We will be present at your ceremony rehearsal as well as for the entirety of your ceremony. We will not be in charge of ceremony set up, but we will do our best to make sure your ceremony area is as you wish. 


Day of Coordinator

$600-$800

Agathi & Co's Day Of Wedding Coordination service is designed for the couple who have completed all of their wedding coordination and want a professional to execute these plans on their wedding day. Our day of wedding planning service begins three-four weeks out. Day of coordination will have a limit of ten hours (*additional hours available for fee).

Our team will be in charge of tying any loose ends as your big day approaches, to ease the stress that can come alongside planning. We will conduct the ceremony and reception according to your plans and timeline. On your wedding day, we will be your direct line of communication for family, guests, the wedding party and vendors. We will communicate with your vendors to guide them in the right direction during setup and according to your timeline.

As a day of coordinator we will not be in charge of setting up or breaking down your reception, decorating, finding vendors prior to your event and attending your ceremony rehearsal. We will be discussing the following leading up to your big day:

● Go over your timeline to confirm arrivals and start/end times ● Fill out our vendor sheet with all contact information
● Map out floor plan so we are able to perfect details after setup 


Pearl Package 

$1,200-$1,600

Agathi & Co's Pearl Package service is designed for the couples who have most of their wedding details figured out, but want extra assistance with completing orders, confirming timelines with vendors and some decor insight. This wedding planning service will begin 5-6 months out, allowing proper time to confirm and perfect details on your to do list! The Pearl Package will include 2 pre wedding coordination meetings, including a few calls/emails along the way, as well as ten hours day of (*additional hours available for fee).

Our team will be in charge of tying any loose ends as your big day approaches, to ease the stress that can come alongside planning. We will conduct the ceremony and reception according to our plans and timeline discussed prior. On your wedding day, we will be your direct line of communication for family, guests, the wedding party and vendors. We will communicate with your vendors to guide them in the right direction during setup according to your timeline. We will be double checking all decor as well as making sure your personal items are accounted for at the end of the night.

Stage One

● Debrief about any additional expectations you have for us as your planner

Diamond Package

Agathi & Co's Diamond Package service is designed for the couples who have some first phase logistical things straightened out, but want help from a professional for a second opinion as well as our own insight and ideas. This wedding planning service will begin 8-9 months out, allowing proper time to confirm and perfect details on your to do list and brainstorm together on decor specifics! The Diamond Package will include 3 pre wedding coordination meetings, including emails and phone calls as needed, as well as twelve hours day of (*additional hours available for fee).

Our team will be in charge of tying any loose ends as your big day approaches, to ease the stress that can come alongside planning. We will conduct the ceremony and reception according to our plans and timeline discussed prior. On your wedding day, we will be your direct line of communication for family, guests, the wedding party and vendors. We will communicate with

your vendors to guide them in the right direction during setup according to your timeline, as well as helping set up on site. We will be double checking all decor as well as making sure your personal items are accounted for at the end of the night.

Agathi & Co's Sapphire Package service is designed for the couples who want an event planner alongside them throughout the planning process. This wedding planning service will begin a year or so out, allowing proper time to confirm and perfect details on your to do list and brainstorm together on decor specifics, wedding vision, vendor choices and venue timelines! The Sapphire Package will include 4 pre wedding coordination meetings, attending desired vendor meetings, unlimited communication via emails and phone calls, as well as being there for the entirety of your big day.
